1. INTRODUCTION AND BACKGROUND
The National Union of the Disability Organizations of Rwanda (NUDOR) is established as a civil society organization since September 2010 by 8 National organizations of Persons with Disabilities and has currently 13 member organizations. Through its activities, NUDOR aims to ensure that the practical needs of persons with disabilities at personal and institutional levels are fully addressed with an emphasis on empowerment. NUDOR’s vision is a society where people with disabilities enjoy the same rights as other citizens. NUDOR’s mission is to serve as a platform for organizations of people with disabilities, to share their experiences, to express their points of view and to help them build their capacities and achievements.
2. OBJECTIVE OF THE TENDER
The objective of this tender is to hire the suppliers of start- up Toolkits to be provided to the Youth with Disabilities that once supported by EmployAble project II for such that they start their businesses which will lead them to the fully participation in social and economic activities and independent living.

4. CONDITIONS OF SUPPLY
- The supplier to the tender should present 3 certificates related to the previous tender similar to this work/assignment.
- The suppliers should submit the proforma invoice in the sealed envelope.
- The supplier to the Tender shall accept a one year guarantee.
- The hard copy of the proforma invoice will be deposited on the 18th November, 2021 at 11:00am, and the tender committee will open the bids at 12:30 pm at NUDOR Office, Niboye Sector, Niboye Cell, KK 21 Av Building 36.
