On this Tuesday 07th January 2020, under financial support from the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP-Rwanda), NUDOR presented report of findings from the study conducted in five selected districts (Gasabo, Huye, Musanze, Rusizi and Nyagatare). the study was on categorization of persons with disabilities in Rwanda and its impact on their living conditions.
The study showed that among 400 respondents (100%), 45% of them were not categorized, therefore they do not have Disability Identification Card.
Some recommendations for future improvement of activity of categorization were made.
